Okay, we fibbed. The image in yesterday’s Daily Photoist of an airship docked to the Canada Life building (shown above) was totally fake, made in Photoshop by our own Marc Lostracco. (Every other bit of information in the post was true, we swear!)

PixelGenius, the developers of PhotoKit™, PhotoKit Sharpener™ and PhotoKit Color 2™ have released what they have determined are Release Candidate (RC) versions of their products for Mac and Windows users of Photoshop CS3 or Photoshop CS3 Extended. These RCs are “real close” but still have a couple of issues and need testing “in the wild”.

PG has also announced that due to popular demand, these new RCs will be able to use cross-platform licensing. So, if you are in a mixed-platform environment, you can use your Mac serial number on Windows or your Windows serial number on Mac.
