A world-renowned expert in digital imaging, one of Epson’s Stylist Pros and a member of Canon’s Explorers of Light, Jeff Schewe has been an advertising photographer in Chicago for over 25 years. Though digital imaging allows him more control of the final photographic image, he believes excellent original photography is crucial to convincing image montages. This exhibit presents recent and retrospective work that demonstrates his mastery of digital imaging technique and his creative vision. Exhibit and lecture sponsored in part by Epson.
The exhibit contains 31 photographs ranging from 1976 through September of 2005. The prints, made by Jeff Schewe personally, were printed on the new Epson UltraChrome K3 large format printers; the Epson Stylus Pro 7800 and the Epson Stylus Pro 9800.
