SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 5 (Reuters) – Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE.O: Quote, Profile, Research), which makes the popular Photoshop and Illustrator design software programs, said on Wednesday in a regulatory filing that three senior vice presidents would resign from the company for personal reasons.
The company also said five individuals from Macromedia Inc. (MACR.O: Quote, Profile, Research) would join its management team once Adobe’s $3.4 billion acquisition of the digital animation and design software maker closes. The deal is expected to close this fall.
The report listed the following people due to be leaving Adobe;
Theresa Townsley, senior vice president, human resources
Bryan Lamkin, senior vice president, digital imaging and video
Ivan Koon, senior vice president, intelligent documents, resigned effective Dec. 2
The report listed the following people joining Adobe from Macromedia;
Stephen Elop, as president of worldwide field operations
Tom Hale, as senior vice president, knowledge worker solutions
Kevin Lynch, as senior vice president and chief software architect
David Mendels, as senior vice president, enterprise and developer solutions
Al Ramadan, as senior vice president, mobile and device solutions
