From a post in the Adobe User to User Forum for Camera Raw, Adobe Camera Raw 3.1 update is reported to have been released to the Adobe FTP site. Note: the Camera Raw Home Page has yet to be updated.

To install, place the new Camera Raw 3.1 plug-in:

Win: \Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-ins\CS2\File Formats\

Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-ins/CS2/File Formats/

Note: you should either replace the existing Camera Raw plug-in or move it to a different location (such as the desktop) and put in the new Camera Raw 3.1 plug-in. Also note that neither Adobe Bridge nor Photoshop CS2 should be running when you do this. Both Bridge and Photoshop need to be relaunched to register the new plug-in during application start up.
