Issue

When you try to print an image that contains data in the Description field of the File Info dialog box, Photoshop crashes with a program error (Windows) or crashes to the desktop (Mac OS X).

Detail

You selected Description in print preview.

Solution: Select an additional printing option.

1. Choose File > Print With Preview.

2. Select Show More Options.

3. Choose Output from the drop-down menu.

4. Select another option in addition to Description (for example, Labels or Registration Marks).

5. Print the image.

Background information

The error occurs when you print to a non-PostScript printer.
